A five-hundred-acre destination with an International Village, residential, office, retail and hotel development centered amid a man-made water feature with a beautiful custom LED fountain? Yes.

The ARW Group LLC is creating a man-made river nestled in the country and will surround it with international restaurants, shopping destinations, luxury residential projects, hotels and Class-A office space.

The vision of Peachtree City Developer Jorge Duran, The Atlanta River Walk will bring a mixed-use waterfront community to metro Atlanta similar to San Antonio’s River Walk and Oklahoma City’s Bricktown.

The river will flow through a large park and house a "Tree of Life" – a larger-than-life LED fountain and art exhibit which serves as the focal point of the destination. The Atlanta River Walk will also include over 100 acres of green space with parks, art installations, walking trails, rivers, streams, lakes and lots of room for more fun in the future.

An International Village will feature restaurants and chefs from around the world, entertainment venues and unique retail destinations. Residences including condominium, mid-rise apartments, single-family homes and active living communities for seniors will live in harmony with Class-A office space, a corporate and technology park, and several hotels.

Natural waterways like the Chattahoochee River cannot support a dense, mixed-use project like The Atlanta River Walk due to strict environmental regulations. But we found our solution on 508 acres nestled on the Jackson County and Hall County line in north metro Atlanta.

The Atlanta River Walk will be a first-class, state-of-the-art touristic attraction and live/work/play mixed-use development. It’s designed to increase the prominence of Atlanta as an international destination city while adding a new year-round attraction for local, out-of-state and international visitors.
